Three board seats will be coming up for re-election this year. If you are interested in running for the Ninilchik Natives Board of Directors and would like more information, please contact our Manager of Shareholder Relations at shareholders@nnai.net. Intents to Run will be due April 27th and proxies will be mailed out May 11th. The early bird deadline will be June 4th, in which you will be entered into a cash drawing your participation. The final due date for proxies will be June 19th as our 53rd Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, June 20th. The annual meeting will be held at the Ninilchik Community Center with the registration beginning at 11:00 am and closing with a call to order at 1:00pm. Be aware that some NNAI business is confidential, so we ask that you limit guests to Shareholders and Descendants. We also ask that decorum be maintained as NNAI business must be conducted in a professional and timely manner.
